The proposed L-shaped apartment building is made up of two simple six-storey wings with a receding last floor. The building has a flat roof and its shape and color are connected to neighboring houses A and B. The building has basement in one whole underground floor (used for garages) and partially underground (used for cellars). Parts of the areas above the basement adjacent to the perimeter of the above-ground area create terraces and front gardens. Other receding areas forming large terraces arise in the 6th floor between the receding parts of the last floor of the house.
